Returns & Refund Policy
At Simple Serum Solutions, S3, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our cosmetics are personal care products, we strictly limit returns to protect the health and safety of all our customers.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (including any seals or safety wraps intact).
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The product must not be a final sale or otherwise marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Any product that has been opened, tested, or used (even once).
- Products damaged by misuse, heat, or improper storage after delivery.
- Gift cards or free promotional items.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please see Section 5 below instead.
How to Return a Product
To return an eligible product:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at SerumOrders@s3serums.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization and the correct return address (Pennsylvania).
- Pack the unopened product securely in a shipping box.
- Mail the return at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (to confirm it is unopened):
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
If you return an opened product, we cannot process a refund, and we may discard the item for hygiene reasons.
Third-party retailer note – Products not purchased directly from our website must be returned to the original retailer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at SerumOrders@s3serums.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping), depending on your preference.
- Do not return damaged items without contacting us first.
Refunds for Returns Sent Without Authorization
Any product returned without prior authorization (i.e., you did not email us first) may be refused or discarded, and no refund will be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you want a different product or color, please return the unopened item (within 30 days) for a refund and place a new order separately.
Pennsylvania Consumer Notice
These terms comply with applicable Pennsylvania laws regarding the sale of cosmetic goods. Nothing in this policy limits your rights regarding defective or misrepresented products under state law.
